That's a lot of funny in one family. I always thought Chef and The Vicar of Dibley were two of the funnest shows on PBS (the only place I've been able to catch them). Why can't British shows just be bought and shown on regular networks without them taking the original scripts and reshooting with american actors? Don't they get that it's the actors, not the scripts, that make the show?

The BBC show 'Coupling' had me laughing hysterically. The American version just didn't work, even though they made every effort to match physical types and delivery.
