Irresponsibly, I used to sabotage certain lights.

Then there was the night cops were looking for a killer and we were relocated... any crazy "While I was observing one night..." stories?

I have a wrist rocket slingshot. And I am good with it.

You have no idea how often I have looked at the street light in my alley and wished I had no scruples.

Hilarious. Guess what I used? I even got good at going through one plate and the bulb without the rock going through the other side.

*caution: statement not to be taken seriously because I have never done any such horrible thing*

:D Yah, I used to live far enough south to ovserve some things I miss... like Omega Centauri for example... but then there's M13 here and of course when you have to "settle" for having Orion in the sky most nights, well... :D

Almost everyone can see Orion, It passes 60 degrees above the horizon from Melbourne at 38 degrees south. The only people who don't get a good view of it live near the poles.
