my girlfriend recently started following this diet plan, which exists all over the internet, called the fat flush diet, by Gittleman, Ann Louise.

so, what do you guys think about it? i have alot of respect for the people who post here and just wanted your opinions.

I'd say it's better termed Fad Flush Diet. From what those links reveal, it sounds gimmicky and, like most "diet plans," unecessarily complicated, such that if it works at all, it's because of an extremely roundabout way of simply taking in fewer calories (look up Rube Goldberg machine for an analogy).

The only diet based on science is the ELEM diet.
