Economics Book Thread

Since the Politics and Literature forums have the recommended reading section I figured that Economics should have one too.

My pick is The Prize by Daniel Yergin. It is all about oil and how it is controlled and its effects on the world. Some spots in the book are really dry reading but overall a really good read.
