It's a buffet, so people could just come and go as they please. There's no need for fixed seating times.
I tend to want to agree with you Scott, but last year at the Stardust they had someone escort each party to a table and some of the help got a bit twitchy when we got up and moved to a differnet section.
Just seemed easier if a bunch of us went in as a group and knew we had a area set for us. Then others coming later could tell the hostess "I'm with that loud and rowdy group that is throwing bagels at each other..."
Plus I am an organizational junkie--comes from 20 years as a Logistics specialist...
