I wonder lots of things about extraterrestrials. Like if they have the concept of death like we do. If they see in radio waves or use bioelectric fields to sense their environment. If they have something like DNA or something we haven't even imagined yet. If they have war or peace or dyson spheres or radios or blankets or stomachs or legs or antennas or skin or scales or feathers.

No idea. The whole singularity thing is speculation about our future technology. Hard enough to predict such things for humans, much less a species that may or may not exist, and which we know nothing about.
