Ok, let's pull it back to the skeptical. Is it a universally true that only a male would have an adam's apple? Is that in fact an adam's apple?

A possible significance -- if it were a male saying the same things she says, would she get as much attention?

Secondly, has she ever bashed transsexuals on moral grounds? It could undermine her morality message.

Thirdly, I know she's bashed gays. Not having a problem with gays, I don't really care what a transsexual's orientation is. But if she's sexually active at all, at some point there's some homosexuality, in nature or appearance, in her attractions... which proves her a hypocrite in that respect.

No, it isn't. All humans have one, though noticeably large ones are far more common for males. Women who are very skinny may also have an adam's apple that is noticeable, not because it is large but because there isn't enough fat to hide it.

Doesn't look like one to me. It looks a bit too wide and too low for an adam's apple, and looks more like an enlarged thyroid.

Actually, that may explain the adams apple.
