No, it isn't. All humans have one, though noticeably large ones are far more common for males. Women who are very skinny may also have an adam's apple that is noticeable, not because it is large but because there isn't enough fat to hide it.Is it a universally true that only a male would have an adam's apple?
Doesn't look like one to me. It looks a bit too wide and too low for an adam's apple, and looks more like an enlarged thyroid.Is that in fact an adam's apple?
It's the feet that really freak me out. Disturbing!
