Lots of stuff,

I'd want a tail with at least two opposable digits on the end. An extra erogenous zone thereabout would be good too...!!!

I'd also like to have feet that I can use with the same dexterity as my hands but which I can still walk and run on. An extra digit on each hand might be good too....

I'd like to have eagle-sharp vision but I'd also like to have a third eye, to be placed on a retractable stalk on the top of my head, kinda like a snail, so that I could see all around me. Being able to move all eyes independently like a chameleon would be quite cool too. IR/UV vision too.

Razor sharp retractable claws and fangs may be handy in a tight spot.

I read in an Iain M. Banks novel of a character who had his brain split so that he was fully awake 8hrs, on left brain 8hrs and on right brain 8 hrs. This sounds fun and means that I wouldn't need the shark sense.
