probably in many cases. i always think it’s interesting how these sovcits learn all that on the internet but never manage to see the overwhelming amount of videos of sovcits failing in court. must have to scroll past an awful lot of those in their research

This. It would seem impossible to not see the evidence of the repeated failings. I suspect if you went down their rabbit holes other CT elements will be added e.g. "they" don't let you see all the winning cases.
