He was a dictator, but I do think he was cool.

Then again, Stalin was an interesting dinner guest, Idi Amin a jovial alpha male, Mobutu Sese Seko seemed very clever in interviews, Saddam Hussein was described as gentle and romantic by his mistress, Ghadaffi knew how to throw a party, Hitler was a decent painter...
