Brits & Aussies

I like this thread. My wife would really dig some TimTams if anybody is willing to bring some :)

I was thinking about bringing Mint Slices (another biscuit) for my sister and wondered about crushing them in transit. Same prob with Tim Tams BUT I will try.

If any Aussies can even FIND some Foster's in Australia and bring it to TAM (with a receipt that proves purchased in Australia), I'd give them $20 personally. PM me

Vegemite is way better than Marmite.

:nope:

I'm going to be feeding my pony her last Polo Mint today.

You have a polo pony? (It had to be done)

Tanya - sometimes the import stores get Jaffa Cakes, but not often, because they get held up in customs, and then are past the expiration date, so they can't sell them.

They're probably held up while the customs are trying to decide whether they are cakes or biscuits. This is an important question in the UK because there is tax on chocolate biscuits but not on cakes.
