Blago getting railroaded?

Sometimes a warrant looks legal, but turns out to have been procured without probable cause. Often that cannot be determined until there is a hearing where the agents who obtained the warrant explain to a judge the basis for the warrant and the defendant gets to examine them on that basis. When the warrant is initially obtained, the judge has to take the agents' allegations at face value.

However, the US Attorney in this case is famous for being a stickler for detail. It seems exceedingly unlikely that his warrants lacked probable cause, but hey, even the best make mistakes.

After hearing his rant on the set of "Terminator 4", Christian Bale should definently play Blago in the movie.

Blago keeps commenting that the sound bites we hear on TV are "out of context", yet he never offers to tell us what the proper context should be.

All the tapes cut off what he had said just prior...

"Wouldn't it be a kick if I said..."

And then the tapes shut off just before he says,

"But I'd never do such a thing. Could you imagine?!"

;)
