Bear or bigfoot?

I tried a Googling "mid tarsel break", I got 20,000 hits.
Then, I tired googling "mid tarsel break" -Meldrum, I got 6 hits. Seems nobody cares about mid tarsel flexibility, except BF hunters. I wonder about the timeline? Did Meldrum even care about MTB before he saw a bear track?

Footer reasoning-

"Mid tarsal break"... Wow, sounds scientific, :words: therefore it must be true...:footinmou

And then they forget -or don´t feel the need- to think further on the issue. Otherwise they would realize that a bipedal primate (in this case a ~3m tall one) adapted to walk long distances has no need for extra flexibility in the feet. They would also note that all primate species with such feet flexibility have the toes positioned in a completely different position than the one inferred from "unquestionable" bigfoot footprints -that is quite humanlike.

And conclude that bigfoot anatomy is very implausible. And that the creature is unlikely.
