Lots of back-and-forth about if it was a hack or an attack or not. DSD say it was, minister says not.

It seems that some people are saying that it wasn't a "hack" because they are using a definition of "hack" that means "stealing data". As no data was stolen in the attack, it was therefore not a "hack".
