Hell 4G is already a much shorter range than 3G- thats why so many locals around here are pissed off at Hel$tra turning off the 3G rural network in Australia- as the 4G is woeful in comparison
If 5G is even shorter range- sounds like people would be better off throwing memory sticks at each other lol

When they turned off 3G here, over half the locals lost their internet completely and had to go to sat (which is a LOT more expensive- like 4-5 times the price of a 3G internet sim per month...)

As many rural users are already at the lower end of the income range- thats a REAL added financial burden...
