Incidentally, I don't know who'd win in such a fight. Obama's younger and has the reach, but despite his age I'm sure McCain knows some nasty moves. Could be pretty interesting.

RE the OP: Every election from now on, we should just scrap the debates and have a series of roasts instead. This was so much more entertaining than the previous evening's debate.

Hell, that's the McCain I remember. The likable one with an actual sense of humor. Where has that McCain been?

To be fair, I think it's safe to assume that, despite being much more appealing to many of us, that McCain would have been even further behind in the polls.
