As far as I know, there are no international laws regarding either personhood or abortion access; each country seems to have its own laws, and within those countries, various states have their own laws.I agree, I was only answering to thaiboxe's post about "understanding". I agree now that birth seems to be the major factor that defines "personhood", I'm just wondering if this is an actual international consensus.
