Apparently the starving Africans when not murdering each other with machetes and the military Junta's stealing all the free food we send then to sell to their own starving people are helping themselves to any funds laying in forgotten bank accounts Why just the other day Quatubwe Mutumwah sent me an e-mail asking me to hide millions of dollars in one of my accounts. The money order should be in my bank by Friday he says.

well there using the money to buy arms from usa, britain ,russia and france the largest criminal organizations in the world.
Instead of dumping food on them and putting their local farmers out of buisness , a plan of building water works ,dams ,roads and infastructure should create success stories like botswana.
