Rescue workers in the Brazilian city of Belem, in the northern state of Para, are searching the rubble of a collapsed building for three construction workers.

A union representative said the three had been trapped when the building, which was still under construction, caved in.

Six people, most of them passers-by, are being treated for minor injuries.

Police have cleared adjacent buildings for fear they too could collapse.

The union representative said that seven workers had been working in the building, which was due to be finished in December of this year.

He said four of them had left the site before the accident occurred. The other three men are still missing.

Neighbours reported hearing a loud rumbling sound followed by what resembled an explosion.

They said the area was covered by a plume of white dust.

Para state Health Minister Helio Franco said all the emergency services were on the scene to search for possible victims and survivors.

Inside jobby job.

Look at the "footprint" and how it collapsed. Where is ergo to explain this...

Well clearly it was a controlled demolition, the witnesses say so.

Yup, looks like it fell largely onto its footprint. Just like WTC7. This is a shame. Maybe they should have used steel construction.

The building before and after

As you can see, it was more slender than WTC 7, this fact completely refutes the myth that WTC 7 should topple over instead collapse "into its footprint".

Free fall speed?

Termites again?

**** beasts!!!

Breach of rule 10 removed. Do not partially mask words to avoid the autocensor.

Wow, the proportions of that thing are comical.

The width to height ratio for that type of construction just looks unsafe.

It collapsed even though it was not hit by a plane

To be fair, the likes of Jammo and Red Ibis think no planes hit the WTC towers either........but we don't have video of the collapse so there probably was a plane/cruise missile/DEW;)

Looks like the owner of that building will make it out like a bandit with all the insurance claims he can get from the incident!

Heiwa's ban should be temporarily removed so we can see some mental gymnastics. In reality he should send them the prize to help the victims.

OMG!!! Explosives and pyroclastic clouds!!!

"Neighbours reported hearing a loud rumbling sound followed by what resembled an explosion."

"The said the area was covered by a plume of white dust."

No need to fear unless thermite and nanothermite charges are placed on every floor. The buildings cannot collapse without these.

This can only mean hi-tech explosives were used, exactly in the manner of a controlled demolition.

They said the area was covered by a plume of white dust.
This is actually a pyroclastic cloud, or it could be evidence of a DEW being tested by the Brazilian military.

The dust samples will surely contain thermitic materials. They need to be collected by civilians, stored in unsecure locations for at least 5 years, then sent to scientists who have no experience and expertise in nanotechnology. Only then will this fact be verified 'empirically'.

Para state Health Minister Helio Franco said all the emergency services were on the scene to search for possible victims and survivors.
Their response times indicate foreknowledge of the collapse, indicating an inside job.

Clearly an inside job, as a complete collapse into it's own footprint can only be achieved by an explosive controlled demolition. This is a fact, available on the website of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truthiness.

Condolences to the families of workers killed, and best wishes to those injured.

It will be interesting to find out what the engineering investigation reveals.
