He isn't. The fact that the survey includes "JREF/Mark Roberts" as an option is a strong indication to me that the survey is, in fact, written by a CTer. Many CTers seem unusually obsessed with Mr. Roberts while we skeptics who post in the JREF conspiracy theories sub-forum are not.

The question on the survey is evidence that this association is often made, and any amount of time spent in this forum makes it clear that Roberts' research is given special attention and deference.

How exactly do you infer "often" from a single instance? The question on the survey is evidence that the person composing the survey questions has made this association, and of precisely nothing else.
