They were never only just the Razzies. And I wouldn't be surprised if they do add in the odd satirical awards again on occasion in the future.

They used to be though, in 91 they gave Teller(inventer of the H bomb) the Ig Nobel Peace prize or in 96 when they gave it to france for commemorating the 50th aniversery of the bombing of Hiroshima with an atomic bomb test.
