Just to clarify, 13:8 are Ladbrokes' odds against Kamala Harris winning the election. In other words Ladbrokes is giving her an 8/21 = 38% probability of winning. That's on the order of what the U.S. prediction markets are saying.

I gather the Israelis are "Very disappointed" Harris didn't meet the genocidal prick Bibi in Congress.

Given her statements on Gaza, I'm hopeful she puts far more pressure on Israel than Biden was.

That's another point that will play extremely well with young voters.

I listen to a range of opinions besides yours.
I said I think you are right.
Obviously everyone thinks Trump is a seriously flawed candidate, but DEI is a preoccupation with many.
Ex Muslims like Ayaan Hirsi Ali etc, who have skin in the game. Heather Mac Donald is another.
There is an army of them who reason in a similar fashion, they do not like Trump but the choice is binary.
I listen to women largely, that is how I view the world today.
Lionel Shriver just wrote a withering article on both candidates, but I doubt she is voting for princess Di the second.

No. "African American" in this context refers to black Americans who inherited the generational effects of slavery, segregation, and racial discrimination. People whose grandparents grew up during Jim Crow. Whose parents were locked out of the growing middle class by redlining and other discriminatory practices. Who are now facing a cycle of poverty due to this cumulative effect over generations. This is a uniquely American experience for black people, and one that Harris absolutely does not share. In terms of grinding poverty and class discrimination, Bill Clinton has a more authentic "African American" background than Kamala Harris does. Hell, more authentic than Barack Obama, even.

You do realise that blacks in Jamaica were also enslaved and slavery only ended there less than 30 years before in the US?

And racism and discrimination lasted there until independence?
 
Two things I want to see Kamala say, whether in a debate or in an ad:

1. "America's support of Israeli attacks on Palestinians will end immediately when I take office." She'd be throwing away the AIPAC money that practically our whole government is currently enslaved by, but she doesn't need it, and this would immediately gain her more percentage points against Trump than the money could buy.

2. One of her mentions of his criminality should include something about the fact that we all know he likes to wear orange.
