Speaking of polls, a recent YouGov poll suggests that Trump‘s conviction had almost no effect on voters. The poll asked registered voters „Has Donald’s Trump’s conviction in the hush money trial caused you to reconsider your vote in the 2024 presidential election?” 7% responded „Yes“ while 93% responded „No,“ and among the 7% who said „Yes,“ 2% said the conviction made them more likely to vote for Trump, 3% less likely, and 2% neither.
