The clock is ticking and everything is going against Trump. There is no sign that SCOTUS is looking to review one of these election cases. The Trump legal team have had one case reach the a Circuit Appellate Court and that was on whether Rudy had the right to amend a legal case for a second time. Which any first year law student would have been able to answer.

Safe harbor day is a week from tomorrow. This is the last day for any State to resolve any election disputes. And instead of making arguments in courtrooms, the vaunted Trump legal team is holding fan conventions in hotel rooms.
