2008 Structures Conference

Does anybody have any hot scoops re the 2008 Structures Conference? It took place last month, and dealt partly with progressive collapse.

The session titled "Progressive Collapse" looks to be the most relevant. There are abstracts available and one Powerpoint presentation from the session page. Conference papers are usually published, right? They are for my professional organization, but I don't know if others do the same.
