Did you get any response from BurtBees?

I got an initial response, posted above. I have not rec'd a response to my follow-up ("what is in the 2.94% that is not natural?"). I only asked on Friday AM, so I doubt I'll hear anything until late Monday at the earliest.

Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Lisa is on a field trip to a newspaper facility:
