Ok, I've got this as my debating topic, and I have to argue that he isn't. I think it is ultimately a battle of semantics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism#Definitions_of_Terrorism , http://www.ict.org.il/articles/define.htm), so I have no idea how I'm going to make a debate out of it...
