Satanic ritual abuse is a can of worms. I was only dimly aware of the way this issue caught hold of the public imagination. It was almost all, if not all, total hype and hysteria.
 
Given that there is no such thing as "100%" - I would be willing to bet there's a 99.9999999% chance no one has ever been actually killed as a result of "ritual satanic abuse." There is always the chance of copy-cat nuts emulating what they see on TV/movies but AFAIK, all the claimed incidents have proven false.

In the 80's there was a lot of urban myths (mostly on the Christian Evangelical side) about such abuse. These myths were perpetuated by the Christian Evangelicals themselves. Mike Warnke published an auto-biography "The Satan Seller" and became a significant figure in the ritual abuse scaremongering.

Other cases of imaginary ritual abuse include the Little Rascals daycare and the McMartin preschool.

Anyone killed by ritual satanic abuse? Probably not, though there are many cases of people being killed by ritual Christian abuse.
 
Murder cases are known where the victim was ritually tortured, chopped or whatever, and some of these rituals are Satanic ones. One such case is currently in headlines in Finland.
 
There have been cases where psychopaths have killed people and use satanism as an explanation. Typically, the satanism in these cases is more of a random pretext. There is no significant difference between the cases with satanism as a pretext, and those without.

In the cases of supposed massive satanic conspiracies, the evidence is usually 'recovered memories', or coerced witness statements from children. There have been thousands of such cases, and they tend to have similar characteristics. The main element they have in common is that there is never any corroborating evidence of any kind. That doesn't preclude totally innocent people being given lengthy prison sentences, however. There are people in jail now who are extremely unlikely to have done anything whatsoever wrong.

The "recovered memory" movement is extremely controversial. It's a matter of principle for many people to accept that the experiences of people with recovered memories should be accepted as real. This is in spite of overwhelming evidence that they are not. Recovered memories invariably relate to the prejudices of the "therapist" involved. If he's of a particular kind, they will involve alien abductions and probing.
 
Never to my knowledge. I'm not clear how it would manifest, either. No such issues with Islam or Christianity where men, women and children and regularly beaten, tortured and murdered in the name of religious ritual.

The case is not of international interest, so you might not find anything in English on this:

The story starts in 2006 when a woman named Anneli Auer calls 911 from her home, and in the background are heard sounds of her husband being murdered. The case has been in national headlines ever since, and the court process is still continuing (= appealed to highest court).

The defense says that an unknown third party entered the house and murdered the man while Anneli was making the call to 911, as is heard in the (recorded, as they are) 911 phone call.

Prosecutors have made a zillion different theories what really happened. The latest version from prosecutors is that the man was murdered by Anneli and her (extramarital) boyfriend before the 911 call was made, and they had recorded sounds of the murder on a tape recorder, to use them as an alibi for Anneli as the recorded sounds of deadly fighting and groaning are heard in the background during the 911 call.

The soap opera is completed with the leader of the police investigations publicly believing in the innocence of Anneli, but the latest turn is that he was made resign from this position. Other police officers (who don´t believe in her innocence) believe that they have evidence of Anneli and her boyfriend being guilty of a series of violent crimes, rapes and child abuse, and that they have engaged in Satanistic rituals, and that the wounds in the body seem to be ritualistic.

It looks like Anneli and her boyfriend will certainly be convicted guilty for something that gives them jail time, but will that include also the murder of her husband, the lowest court said yes, the next higher court said no, and the highest court has yet to have their say.

The story, while interesting, is very different from what is evoked in the mind of a normal reader of your previous post:

There is the case of Nikolai Ogolobyak and associates, who killed and dismembered several victims as part of a satanic ritual which included "stabbing the victims 666 times" and eating the heart of at least one of them (among other body parts). The chopped up bodies were buried in a shallow grave marked with a large wooden inverted cross with a dead animal tied to it. The linked article is of their sentencing; it is somewhat thin on details. Just google "Nikolai Ogolobyak"; the arrests made mainstream press.
 
well this woman claims her kid was killed in satanic ritual abuse in america, where there ANY actual causes like that....

There are certainly many case where psychopaths carry out tortures and murders which they may characterise as satanist ritual. However, these tend to leave bodies, evidence and a mess, and don't usually involve massive conspiracies. The conspiracy theories of satanic ritual usually involve a vast conspiracy, which is entirely successful in concealing all of its actions. The sacrifices of babies are carried out wholesale, but no bodies or body parts are ever found. If children are involved, often the investigators will attempt to solicit the information they want by threats and promptings. Children will be assured that if they admit to abuse taking place, they will be allowed to return to their parents.

I've deliberately avoided looking at this particular example before giving suggestions of what to look for. If this woman is alleging a vast conspiracy (probably involving police, clergy and politicians) which has prevented any evidence coming to light, then I think it's clear what to make of her assertions.

There was a self styled group of teens calling themselves Satanists in Florida who actually did torture, blind and strangle a athetic coaches son to death back in the 70's. Like I said they were self styled and not members of Laveys group or any other well known group of satanists.
