Seriously. Never seen aliens or alien technology. These things have never been established to actually exist in the real world. People who claim to have seen them or believe to have seen them have not yet been able to obtain any convincing evidence that they are objectively real.
On the other hand, we know for sure that many people - myself included- have seen things that they have mistaken or misinterpreted as aliens or alien technology. It is extremely easy to do.
Some of the people who believe they have seen aliens, alien technology or paranormal phenomena have had their perception affected by mental illness. If you are affected by schizophrenia it can be difficult or impossible to tell whether what you are seeing is objectively real.
All I can really suggest is that you try to maximise your sources of external verification for things that seem unusual to you.
For example, did anyone else at the hospital or the surrounding area see the spacecraft in your first post? It is the sort of thing that would get reported in the news media if many people had seen it. Most people would consider such an event extremely unusual and noteworthy.
If you can't find corroborating evidence like other witnesses or media reports when you experience this sort of thing, that should be a warning sign to you. At that point you should consider the possibility that although you perceived it as real, it may not have had an objective external reality outside your perception.
I agree with the previous posters that professional psychiatric advice is your best bet on being able to get a handle on which of your perceptions represent objective reality. I know it's not easy, and wish you the best of luck.
