Nothing to apologise for. The Stundie award, as I understand it, is for a comment in a discussion related to conspiracy theories, rather than necessarily by a conspiracy theorist, that typifies the confusion and lack of self-awareness of the illogical thinker. Cicero is putting up a strong showing in that field, so I would argue that he's entirely eligible for consideration.

With the video, it helps if you can point to the time at which the Stundie occurs, and transcribe it, at least roughly, so people don't have to watch the whole thing.
