Like what happens to a soul when they commit suicide. In one book, she says that they make it just fine, but in another, she says that they are instantly reincarnated. On her site, she even states that suicides are sent back instantly, with no rest period, yet on her show, whenever anyone asks about a loved one that committed suicide, she always says that they made it just fine.

Also, she keeps talking about God on her site and in her books, when clearly God is out of the equation of reincarnation.

She clearly does not understand anything about reincarnation.

Do not think that Sylvia Browne has misunderstood anything. Sylvia Browne is not out to understand "spiritual" matters. The only thing she is going for, is power. She has placed herself as the figurehead of her own personal cult, where she can dictate how her followers should think, feel and live. I don't think Sylvia is in it for the money. What drives Sylvia is power. Power over other people. She gets her kicks from having slobbering fans all over her, while she controls every aspect of their lives. Sylvia feeds on the grief of other people, and her followers are all too willing to let her do it. They insist that she abuses them.

Because the thought of bodies rotting in the ground gross me out. I have seen what happens when a sandwich is left too long in the fridge, and the thought of that happening to a body is just gross, in my opinion.

Besides, it costs several thousand dollars to bury someone, and they end up taking up space on the world. But it only costs 300 dollars to burn them to ash and burnt bits (yes, I know they grind the larger bits into dust, but it is not as gross as warms and maggots eating someone).

I have looked into that. However, I am on some nasty medications, that could run a risk to anyone that uses the parts. In fact, I cannot be an organ donor, for this very reason.

Besides, the hospitals want somewhat healthy donations - well that is before they died, not too many are healthy after death - and I do not qualify for that at all.

I have looked into that. However, I am on some nasty medications, that could run a risk to anyone that uses the parts. In fact, I cannot be an organ donor, for this very reason.

Not true. When my FIL died they were very interested in his body even though his kidneys were riddled with cysts from PSKD. A teaching hospital will take anybody (any body). You just don't want to think too long or hard about what they are going to do with it.

I had a dream about an evil tree once (actually more than once), and it was rather scary. Long story, however, so I will not repeat it here unless requested.

A teaching hospital will take anybody (any body). You just don't want to think too long or hard about what they are going to do with it.

That would turn be off. Seeing bodies opened up grosses me out, and the thought of mine opened up is too much.

But to anyone that donates their body, I think it is a good idea, as long as you are conformable with what they will do with it.


Back on subject: I have seen Sylvia promise the cure for MS, however I do not remember when that was. But again, she also promised the cure for AIDS within a year, a few years ago.

You know perfectly well that Sylvia Browne, like any other cold reader, covers it all: Health, love life, economy, career, and so on. People go to psychics to have all aspects of their lives explained - and they believe what the psychic tells them.

It seems that some of us has never watched a Sylvia pisode of the Montel Williams show. I can't blame anyone for avoiding her since she is so painful to watch. But if anyone wants to defend her, they at least need to be somewhat familiar with what she does. She's on the Montel show every Wednesday and her methods are painfully on display during each episode.

Two words Sylvia will not use on the Montel show are "Novus Spiritus", which is the religion she made up. She's quite the theologian, with all sorts of insight into Jesus, the Bible, etc. She even has knowlege of the male god and female god. I think Sylvia goes further than most psychics in that she's redefined the entire universe for her believers.
