Here we go again. . .

I suspect we will see the same old pattern of behavior from Bobby. First the introductory buildup designed to keep the gullible guessing and then a few unverifiable "details" meant make the story sound real.

When it comes to (Not)Real3 Games ya' have to wonder why Bobby doesn't just give out the company web site and/or details for the company (which ought to show his name and position) and then get back to work.

I guess the idea that living well is the best revenge is not in Bobby's playbook.

As predicted. From Bobby's Facebook (my emphasis):

Robert Menard Well after 2 years of work, a few false starts and set backs, agreements have been secured, CEO is in place, and funding is forthcoming! Yeehaw!
Never give up folks! Follow your dreams!

Andreas Kohl: anywhere I can read about this or you just teasin?

Robert Menard: Soon. Operating in semi-stealth mode until the CEO says launch.

Jason Brett Serle: Nice one Rob - good luck mate.

Chris Carter: BRING BACK THE NINJAGOAT!!! #NINJAGOATforeverinourhearts!

Amicus Curiae: A tree doesn’t grow overnight. Congrats on your hard work

Beata Van Berkom: Yay

Steven Finney: You actually did it!

Robert Menard: Had a lot of help, it has been a team effort.

Paul Fiola: grats buddy!! 🙃

Oh, so now we aren't going to hear anything until the CEO (who's identity we don't have) authorizes the launch of the thing (whatever it is) at some unspecified time in the future.

It seems to me that Bobby has made a living of sorts out of the fact that some folks just never catch on.

Bobby’s grift was learned from watching re-broadcasts of “The Producers”.

You pretend to get the thing going. . whether it’s freeman valley, the ACCP or the ninja goat. During the development phase you seek investors and keep up appearances by going through the motions of actually doing something. When the thing goes bust you say the the effort never got beyond the development stage. Then you take the money and run.

The Fezzed One is not incapable of learning. The problem with the ninja goat scam was that anybody who could do a google search could find a better, cheaper camera platform in a couple of minutes. So this time Bobby’s concocted some sort of game platform that nobody can see. The “launch” angle tells the mark that the game is a proprietary thing the brilliant Bobby dare not describe lest the competition beat him to the punch.

And this time Bobby’s got a whole new set of marks outside the freemen community, where his cred is about zero.

since he's asking people for money, he has to produce all company information. at least here in the states where he alleges the real owner/company is located. he is still really bad at this

My guess is that Bobby already has a couple of investors (or at least a couple of potential marks) and absent any documentary paperwork the "we're ready to launch" Facebook posts are meant to keep up the facade.

I don't think Bobby realizes that he's no longer operating in the freeman fantasy world, where the marks are easy, but is instead in the world of real world business. If he's been misrepresenting himself and Real3 games then he could be in real trouble whether or not he grifs a pile of money or not.

Now Menard tries to tell the gullible that Real3 games, which he previously said was ready to launch, is still dependent on getting investors. From his Facebook page:

Robert Menard: One step closer. Letters of Intent secured. Funding incoming...
Sean Hutchinson: Would that be a 'Letter of Intent and Understanding You're Referring to?
Robert Menard: Nope. Simple letter of intent. From an investor.

Who in hell with a lick of sense and two dimes to rub together is going to give Bobby Menard anything?

This is the phase we see in each of Menard's phony projects during which he tries to generate interest by pretending there's something going on behind the scene.

Nothing ever happens and as we see Menard can't keep his stories straight.

the way he was bragging what a no-brainer this was, I'd have thought this would be a fortune 500 company already.

Menard is like that kid you knew in grade school who always had a story about why his last fantasy story didn't come true.

My guess is that Menard's going to move on to the Imaginarium thing the same way that kid said he didn't get the hot rod built because he's going to use the garage for the band he's leading. . .the band that already has a big record deal.

Bobby better watch out. Imaginarium is a trademarked name registered in the U.S. and Canada.

My guess is that the real Imaginarium won't give a hoot about Bobby's pretend business. But just in case Bobby starts pretending to do something the attorneys for the real Imaginarium have been notified of this latest Menard fantasy business.

Edit: I just checked the international trademark listing and there is an electronic products company in Germany named "Real3". They make parts for electronic games. This means nobody on Bobby's pretend/fantasy team of Real3 officers, after years of research, never bothered to do the routine legwork of checking the international registry of trademarks.

Or could it mean there is no "team" and Bobby just making it all up.

How pathetic can Bobby get?

Bobby again tells the story that he has some sort of business going. From his Facebook page:

All stressed out due to setting up a business so I decided to count my blessings. Now i am stressed because I don't have enough fingers

Bobby, your last two scams stole somebody else’s trademarked names. All the rest before were abject failures based on lies.

You’re stressed, Bobby? How stressed are the “clients” from whom you took thousands of dollars?

I am looking for someone in Quebec, with business start up experience, to act as a business manager/Chief Operating Officer. PM for details. Please have a CV available. Thank you!

Just like he used to claim he had something going with his countless failed "projects" Menard now wants folks to think he's actually building a business.

I'm pretty sure the alleged CEO and financiers would be the ones doing that talent search. not some lay about failure.

I'm pretty sure the alleged CEO and financiers would be the ones doing that talent search. not some lay about failure.

It's sad to see a 50 something trolling Facebook with phony business plans in the hopes his "friends" will tell him they're happy the he's getting somewhere.

We have to remember that this is the guy who spent months making and marketing the Ninja Goat when a simple internet search would have shown him there were already a handful of vastly superior products on the market.

My guess is Bobby spent the last of his daddy's insurance money on that folly.

Here's a twitter from Bobby in July of this year:

More
Inventor needs $25K to build prototypes. Minimum investment $1000. Idea shared once financial capability is confirmed and NDA signed.

I guess the idea is that Bobby shares the idea for $1,000 and then the non-disclosure agreement is supposed to make it tougher for the mark to get a refund once they figure out the idea is shineola.

I have been doing some in-depth research on Menard, his previous enterprises, his old business partners and those he's tried to get to invest in his projects.

So far I haven't heard one good thing about ole Bobby.

People say things like, ". . .not one ha anything good to say about him."

"I [posted on his Facebook] to expose that fraudulent man, he has approached me before with business opportunities Hahahahhahahha what a ******* joke."

"Couple years ago, [he wanted me to invest in] fighting robots hahahhahaha
He never had a chance with me...And he's a arogant *******
."

"He wanted to use my credit card. . .I told him he was nuts."

So far nothing from anyone who gave him money. But I am still digging.

One wonders what happened to the money?

My suspicion is that Real3Games exists only on the web site Bobby had created for him and that his calls for others to "get in on the ground floor" or "take advantage of an amazing investment opportunity" are disingenuous.

Doesn't seem to exist online. domain is available.
