You'll be hearing a lot more from Herman Cain

Well, maybe Cain will do okay -- just so lang as nobody asks him anything about Libya.

Interesting note: For anyone who has ever been to the annual Berkshire meeting, one of the many things people look forward to is the movie. The past several years, it has opened with a cartoon. This year, Herman Cain played himself. He was a football coach.

Neil Boortz is retiring in January, and Cain is taking over his show, which is syndicated in 200 markets.

How does this mean I'll be hearing a lot more from Herman Cain? Worst-case scenario, it means I'll be seeing a lot more threads about Herman Cain in the JREF US Politics forum.

In fact, I wonder if there's actually anybody in this forum who listens to Boortz often enough to notice an uptick in hearing from Herman Cain. Ben, your thread title may not actually be accurate for anybody who's reading it.

OK, it's a fair cop.

I should have titled it; "My brother should expect to hear more from Herman Cain." (Except I think he'd stop listening.)

Since I've never once heard Neil Boortz, I don't know why I'll suddenly be hearing a lot of Herman Cain.

I do wish him luck though. He's a talented entertainer. And many thousands of women he met in his life would not claim that he sexually assaulted or harassed them.

During his campaign, I never heard anything the least sensible come out of Cain's mouth. A loon.
Likely, a shot in the arm to the comedy community.

Compared to the rest of the elephant troop, he didn't particularly stand out.

Any chance he'll adopt "Rock You Like A Herman Cain" as the show's theme song?

Please say yes please say yes please say yes...

Nah. Hurricane by Bob Dylan

Here comes the story of Herman Cain

The man the media establishment came to blame

for somethin that he never done

They treated him like he was in a prison cell

but one time coulda been the POTUS of the USA

When I hear his name all I hear is, "Nine...Nine...Nine!!!" echoing in my brain. :boggled:
