I just read a review at CNN.com of You: The Owner's Manual

http://www.cnn.com/2005/SHOWBIZ/books/12/15/you.manual.ap/index.html

Has anyone read this? It looks interesting, and doesn't appear (from the review) to contain anything questionable. However, I remembered that Mehmet Oz (co-author) was on (dateline?) with Randi for the 'John of God' program, and was decidedly pro-woo on the program. So I'm suspicious.

I've read it. I don't recall very much suspicious or woo (though it seems there was something that struck me as... odd). They did seem to recommend more in the way of vitamins or maybe supplements than the average doctor seems to; most doctors seem to recommend "a balanced diet and don't worry about it." It wasn't recommending like Men's Health or anything, but it did suggest a few.
