OK I'm pretty sure this not the appropreate forum , but I hang here and had to share this................

I was looking for the release date for the Two Towers and came accross this...

I have to go to the doctor now as I can't seem to get my jaw off the floor.
After that i'll need pain control as my head hurts too much from laughing =)

I don't know if this violates any rules but I did it with the best intentions.

Oh man, that's just beautiful satire . I wonder how many wingnuts stumble across the site and actually agree with the stuff written there without realizing that. But it is pretty damned funny.

Yeah, Landover's pretty cool. Haven't checked it in quite a while though.

Hey, if it's new to you...don't miss checking out the Betty Bowers link.

And remember...She's a better Christian than YOU.

:D

Check out the letters page to see what people who don't get the joke write to them.

I can't find the letters page, but this one is hilarious:

Why else are only the Christmas trees left green? So they can be decorated on His birthday, that's why! Praise!" Mrs. Whitaker expressed a long-held Baptist belief that science cannot explain natural phenomenon. "For years, Congress has been able to force scientists to label their disgusting work as fiction," said Pastor Deacon Fred. "But we don't think that's good enough. It's not called "Science Fiction" for nothing folks. So-called science is just a big pile of secular lies made up solely to take the credit away from God.

:D

Okay found the letters page

When discussing the possibility of talk show host Rosie O'Donnell filling the role of Thelma in the Scooby Doo movie, you referred to Ms. O'Donnell as a "human hippo". That sort of comment does not belong on a well-meaning Christian website. References to Ms. O'Donnell's size had nothing to do with the article's content. The wording of the insult was no more than a gradeschool student's playground taunt, and was extremely cruel and hurtful. Would Jesus call someone a "human hippo" ? Is this the kind of behavior you really want to display for your children and for followers of the church? The author of that article should be ashamed of him or herself, and should be reprimanded by the website's authorities.
"well meaning"

Adverts are sooooo stooopid:

I was just looking at your website and was impressed with the educational content.. The reason I'm reviewing your site is that my company is the largest DVD educational/Christian rental company in the world. Our company provides websites like yours with a way to make serious monthly income.

ROFLMAO!
Why don't the 'recruiters' actually check the site out before sending an email like that..lol!
