As I promised 1inChrist, I would except Jesus as my Savior, and encourage all my friends to do the same. Well, most of you fall somewhere above "Future Slave or Dinner" material on my list, so that's close enough to "Friends" I guess.

Will you except the Lord Jesus?

I will except Lord Jebus, but not Jesus. So close!

I see in just a few short minutes, I've gotten 6 people to except Jesus (well, 5, since I was selfish enough to vote in my own poll). 1inChrist should take evangelism tips from me. :D

I'll except him from any position whatsoever in our government, being that he's not a citizen, has terrorist views, and has been dead for two millenia. If he wasn't entirely fictional in the first place.

I expect a letter of apology for the excretory behaviour of his fanboys.

Hey, I don't have any problems with his philosophy about how the world would be a whole lot better if we were all a little nicer to each other, it's just that certain Christians think acceptance includes things like prayers to the guy, the belief that he is an all-powerful god, and I have to go to one of his fan clubs every week to hear stories about him and believe everything this speaker tells us, even if it contradicts his philosophy. So yeah, I'll except him as a Savior from those kind of Christians. My list of Saviors includes better philosophers than he. Mmmmm... life Saviors. So many fruity flavors.
 
I agree that I accept certain aspects of Jesus' teachings. For example, I often attack and insult trees for not bearing out of season fruit. I just don't really need a Savior.

Unless... are life Saviors available in Mango yet?
 
No, I will not exception for the demigod from the collection of deities, demons, sprites, leprechauns and other fictional nonsense.

May as well ask me to make an exception for 'Hercules'. Maybe because he also does a TV show with space ships? Yup. Sure. Whatever.

Oh, they do.

We can sometimes find mango chili candies in the Mexican food section of the store. It is really good. There is no American candy that come close to the interesting flavours this candy has.
 
I'm not going to except Jesus. If we make an exception for him, then the next thing you know, Abraham, Mohommed, Buddha and all the others will be complaining and asking for exceptions, too. Nope, the rules is the rules. Jesus doesn't have it any harder than anybody else.
