Whats with this Jesse clown?

I am lead to believe (by Hal's notice) That Jesse is supposed to be suspended for multile post spaming. Now this clown is back on, during this period of suspension, doing the exact same thing posting this Colin Powell stuff all over the board. Whats going on Hal????
 
Why doesn't he just strip naked, paint himself bright orange and jump around in a busy intersection shouting "Look at me!! Look at me!!"? It would accomplish the same thing.
 
I assume Jesse is a hacker of some description who has somehow circumvented the password system. I bet Hal's taking up the issues with V-Bulletin as we speak...

Oh, and I'll miss him when he's gone. Just like I miss a bad cough when it's cured...

Personally I wouldn't give him that much credit, I would say that Hal has just not revoked the password, probably just an oversite...... Knowing Hal he will probably still get another chance. Personally I would just can him.

Well, even if the password change was an oversight, by continuing to spam the board *during* his suspension, he's certainly committed a repeat offense. I hope he incurrs an immediate week-long ban at the very least.

He wasn't banned for saying anything in particular, rather for endlessly posting spam. The final straw came when he posted 'Check your PC for viruses' in every single fora on the board.

I've been wondering why they don't upgrade the v-bulletin. This forum is running 4 versions behind the current one they offer, and with each upgraded version they have patches to fix holes found in the earlier versions. It really doesn't take that long to do the upgrades. Just wondering.....

And yup, Jesse is annoying.
