The term "false flag" operation is often banded about in conspiracy theories, but do the twoofers really know what a false flag operation is ?
Traditionally, false flag attacks, involve a flag, the flag of ones enemy, which is used to enable a hostile ship to get close to the enemy, for instance, a Pirate ship wishing to capture a vessel.
The false flag tactic was spectacularly used by the Royal Navy in WW2, with the Operation Chariot raid on St Nazaire which saw HMS Cambletown modified to look like a German warship, and laden with explosives, it crashed into the normandie dock gates at St Nazaire after approaching under the flag of the Kreigsmarine.
That is a real false flag operation. And a more legitimate reason to fly a false flag I cannot conceive.
Now, conspiracy people, what do you imagine a false flag operation to be ? And how, do you imagine it would work ?
