What ever happened to the anthrax attack

We never did have any closeure on that. It kinda gets assumed that it was part of the 911 ALQ attack. I always thought it was somthing totally different.

A couple of months ago, the FBI drained a lake where they thought the perpetrator might have prepared his envelopes underwater in some way...The findings were negative.

The prevailing theory is still a domestic "terrorist", with possible intentions of "alerting us to the danger" of bio-terrorism.

there could have been a secret CIA field project to test the practicalities of sending anthrax through the mail - whose top scientist went badly off the rails

So some guy with access to weapons grade anthrax is still at large and can send it in the mail to whomever he wishes?

I seem to remember some test showing it was not anthrax of the type that Iraq had, but rather the type US used.
