Ed Wanted: David Miscavige?

He knows full well that he's broken the law. He's doing everything he can to avoid consequences.

Gee, where have I heard that before?

All you have to do is look at the photo in OP link to know what he's like, as judgmental as that sounds. He's one of the lizard people. They're very slippery, those Scientology folks, but eventually Johnny Law will catch up.

If Miss Cabbage keep this up, he is going to get a warrant issued for him.
COuld not happen to a more deserving guy.

Not sure it’s the same lawsuit, but I posted about this a year ago.

"Scientology leader David Miscavige is apparently “nowhere to be found” as prosecutors search to serve the controversial figure with a federal child trafficking lawsuit, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"Federal authorities have reportedly attempted to serve the mysterious 62-year-old Scientology leader 27 separate times over four months in Los Angeles, California and Clearwater, Florida."

Maybe he's gone wherever his wife Shelly disappeared to.

Yup. This is an ongoing story for followers of the Church of $cumology.

The current status is here:
Scientology leader David Miscavige went missing to hide from a human trafficking lawsuit, federal judge rules

Attorneys for the three plaintiffs in the case attempted to serve Miscavige a total of 27 times at five different locations in Florida and five different sites in California but were never able to track the Scientology head down, according to the court documents viewed by Insider.

"While Miscavige repeatedly asserts that Plaintiffs have attempted to effectuate service at the wrong address or addresses at which he was not present, Miscavige has never provided Plaintiffs or the court with the correct address," Sneed wrote in the ruling.

Eventually his luck will run out.

It’s starting to! Thanks. From your link:

“The judge also said that the plaintiffs have been "diligently attempting to locate and effectuate personal service on Miscavige over the course of several months" since they filed their original complaint in April of last year.

“"The court finds that Miscavige has been properly served" in the case, Sneed ruled. Miscavige was given 21 days to respond to the order.”

He is certainly not behaving like somebody who has nothing to hide.......Isuspect if he does not make that court appareance, the arrest warrant might go out.
I think without evidence that he thinks he's done nothing wrong and the "authorities" are persecuting him. He also knows that because of this they will impose genuine consequences, which is why he is trying to avoid them.

It will be interesting to see what falls out if this comes to trial. I wonder if it was the Danny Masterson case that cracked the dam?

He's been fairly visible on advertisements for the Scamology channel on US sports events, although of course that is no use since the ads are taped and could be taped anywhere. I am reminded of Eric Hoffer's observation that "Every good cause begins as a movement, becomes a business and eventually degenerates into a racket."

Scientology just skipped the good cause part.

I note that Tom Cruise has been very, very quiest about his COS membership for the past couple of years.

He probably learned his lesson from the last time.

My conspiracy theory or suspicion is he had to spend some time toothbrushing the deck for David Miscavige after the Scientology backlash in the media after Cruise’s publicity. :D
