Gentleman of leisure
Yahoo is making available inactive e-mail addresses to people. Go here to put in your bid https://wishlist.yahoo.com/. You will hear back in mid-August if you can claim that address.
Not sure how it can verify if an e-mail sent to the new e-mail address is meant for you or to the person that previously had the e-mail. For example if I get mine I could go to the forgotten password page of this forum and ask it to reset my password for the forum using my new e-mail. If I am real lucky I get a sock. Repeat for every organisation that exists on the internet. The bad news for me is that my source indicates Yahoo will not allow this. Not sure if this will work for all organisations.
