After so much advertisement that Linux is so wonderful I installed Suse 10.0, however I must have set the monitor settings wrong as my Hyundai L90D+ didnt show up in the list. So now the screen is all black and I dont know what subprogram in the fail safe text-only mode to run in order to change the monitor settings to something my monitor will like. ????

Linux is wonderful in the same way one's wife is wonderful compared to a supermodel. Sure, your wife behaves better and she loves you, if that's what you mean by 'wonderful'
