Will Nicolas Maduro soon make it impossible to leave Venezuela?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has issued the following updated statement on the status of missionaries in Venezuela:
"Due to the unrest in Venezuela, the Church is transferring 152 missionaries who are not Venezuelan citizens to other missions in South America."

No.

Offer asylum to the Ugandans fleeing the new "Jail gays for life" law. An influx of gay, darker skinned people is going to make the conservative Mormons hike up their skirts and run away screaming.

The moderate and Liberal Mormons on the other hand will probably just bake a few cakes, put together a welcome basket and head over to meet the new neighbors.

It's a win-win for decency all around.

It looks like he has no interest in keeping the LDS recruiters from leaving.
