I give the anti-vaxers about 12 hours before they start asserting that this is clear evidence that mumps vaccine is useless.
In fact the opposite is true - all the cases are being seen in those born before MMR became routine (or who have only had one dose) and children who have not been vaccinated because of the MMR scare.
