It seems John Edward has "crossed over" to a new network.

I could never be a television executive. If it were me, and someone said, "Hey, lets put John Edward on doing the same schtick he did on the Sci-Fi channel, I would have said, "But that show was cancelled. No one wants to see that anymore". And once again I would have over-estimated my fellow Amercians.

It seems to me that the same thinking that creates an endless parade of "remakes" from Hollywood, also applies to television. Sponsors and audiences have short memories.

I read the title as "Ugh! He's risen from the gravel" which seems more appropriate....... :D

Not only that, but Sci-Fi is filling the void left by Crossing Over with something called "Psychic at Large."

RIIIIISE FROM YOUR GRAVE!

Where have you been?
We bothered the WE network enough on their "discussion board" that they took it down.

Filthy, horrid, smarmy man.

Logically, the line of thought was evidently "even Sci-Fi channel viewers won't watch this garbage, let's move it a women's channel instead." There's something about that way of thinking that I find pretty abhorrent.

Don't get me started, I have the desire to whack them all with a really big tetsubo  "Empowering women" yeah right, let them meet a real empowered woman

The 'Ask John' section is particularly ridiculous. I didn't know he contacted animals:

Diane,
I refer to our pets on the Other Side as our 'fur kids'. Many people who don't have an unconditional love relationship with their animals might wince when I say this. While others will jump up and yell woo hoo! Our pets do cross over and I do believe that they are with us on the other side. I have had many animals come thru to me over the years to acknowledge that they are with family, friends, and other pets. Rest assured you will see your boy again! And more than likely he will have that puppy energy all over again. Can animals communicate? Yes, and in more or less the same way someone else in your family would come thru.
