I commented on that video, saying it was an advertising blimp. I also pointed out that the video was edited to end just as the camera was zooming in for a detailed view. Unsurprisingly, the video owner did not allow my comment to be posted.

Interestingly enough, the same guy put up a longer version that shows a clear view of the Sanyo logo on the side of the blimp:

I think he was trying to have some fun with people and put up his first video as a hoax. Maybe he wanted to show how easy it was to fool people?
 
What a waste of youtube bandwidth. Can't we all just get back to the girls going wild?
