Truthers don't believe CD???

Most commonly used argument that "proves" 9/11 was an inside job?

I was exchanging e-mails with a certain "leader" of a 9/11 truth group, and I made the statement that CD was "the staple argument of the truth movement." His reply was, "This shows how little you know about this movement. As I explained to you, for many years CD was actually looked at as "taboo" as well as claims that a missle hit the pentagon. It did not become popular until Steven Jones came onto the scene in 2006. Since then, there has been a massive effort by people who don't want to do research to make it a "staple" of the movement. Prior to that the movement was about calling for closure, accountability, and justice, which we have not had. The fact that I am "backing away" from CD is no indication that I don't "believe" this stuff. It simply means, AS I TOLD YOU, that there is more solid evidence, and that I can prove there is a cover up without even mentioning it."

I wanted to find out from the debunkers/truthers that frequent this site, what the most commonly used argument, from truthers, about 9/11, is? In other words, what is the "truth movements" smoking gun, ace-in-the-whole argument?

I chose to leave the person anon, but I'm sure he will surface shortly. Apparently, searching the internet for things people post about you, is a crucial part of "proving" 9/11 was an inside job.

Please feel free to contribute comments on the e-mail itself as well. Also, I know I have heard Dylan Avery say the CD of WTC 7 was the biggest piece to the conspiracy puzzle, but if you know of other links to similar claims, please post.

As I predicted, the truthers are trying to avoid science and physical evidence in favor for intangible and sometimes pure idioic speculation. Guess this guy is stuck in 2006.

If he is, that means I'll respond to his posts for sure, LOL!
