In the paper was a story about a local guy who was just killed in Iraq. He left behind a wife an baby that he's never even met.
More n more I keep thinking that our guys in Iraq are there just to distract the terrorists. Sacrafical lambs in a way. Iraq is such a mess and terrorist come n go with ease. Why bother with the fuss and difficulty of attacking the US mainland when you can easily slip into Iraq and take aim at a soilder.
Its weird. If the guy died in Afganistan I would be more at peace with his death. But when someone dies in Iraq, it juts burns me up cause I see it as unessesary.
