Thermite Plasma?

My newspaper opponent came up with the claim that the "molten steel" was caused by "thermite plasma". The only reference I can find to "thermite plasma" is from a video game called City of Heroes. My question is: is this a standard CT claim or is it most likely something that he made up himself?
 
Never heard of "thermite plasma" but "thermite" is 101 Truther. This thread will soon fill with more answers than this, but since Im off to bed now, I just thought I'd get away with a short reply.

Well I think it has something to do with "injection coils" , "dilithium chrystals" and a hull breach on deck nine.
 
You get "thermite plasma" once you get 1.21 jiggawatts to the flux capacitor.
 
It's what the Star Wars Beam Weapon used to dustify the towers.

He made it up. The chemical reaction when thermite is ignited doesn't produce plasma. Plasma cutters do, and produce a jet of gas at 30,000 F or so. That's a wee bit hotter than thermite!

First of all, a thermite reaction doesn't produce molten steel, it produces molten iron. Secondly, even with the temperatures that thermite can reach I doubt that anything can get hot enough to reach the plasma state.
 
If SpidermanTM can have radioactive blood, then I suppose the Human TorchTM might have thermite plasma.

Thermite plasma, for me, sounds so much like the Commu-Nazis that was in the McBane movie on the Simpsons!
 
The Thermite Plasma Cannon is a Rikti weapon. The Plasma is relatively cool, and only moderately dangerous. However, it has be discovered that Thermite Plasma is deadly to the Hydra. It is best to save the weapon's limited charges for defeating the Hydra.
