The scary thing is, those are all real government documents.

Also, it's not strictly speaking, a parapsychology website, as (1) they haven't updated their site since April 2000, and (2) all they're doing is posting a few documents online--there's nothing else on the site, no discussions of parapsychology, not even any other "plinks".

I didn't see any conspiracies, or even any nuttiness, sorry. Reporting the existence of other people who believe in remote viewing isn't quite the same thing as advocating it yourself.
